Hmm interesting.... I believe this is the first arcade software package in which the games aren't older than dirt.  It's nice to see the "modern classics" get the red carpet treatment as well.

On a side note NARC?  They decided to put that turd on there?  What a waste of disc space.

I loved narc!  (ok, not the gameplay, but when it came out it was the coolest graphically + drug theme was taboo..  (assuming you didn't figure out what all of super mario brothers was about)))

SpyHunter2???????  Talk about a BAD GAME... pew this one SUCKED!

All the others really are true classics!  Good job on the list... (pit fighter next to MK titles? )

bah, NARC was the bomb-diggity.  great game.  although extremely hard to beat...if youve ever gotten to the final guy, youll know what im talking about.

on a side note:  do you think this will effect the "RIAA-ness" of the mame issue?  since midway is technically putting the games back out, wont that stir up some nasty stuff between them and mame?

If they release the roms with this, I will buy it in a second for legal versions to play at home.

Most mamers aren't for piracy... there just isn't another option.

StarRoms are doing very well considering you can easily download them for free...

But it will only effect RIAA if they run roms + emulation... but at that point, it will make us happy....

And the item I believe you are talking about is ONLY about breaking encryption....

Agreed.... 20 bucks for the legal right to play the true arcade versions of the mk 1 2 and 3... You can't even buy the pcbs that cheap.
