Title: Show banner for x seconds

I'd like a program that allows me to generate a exe file which shows a banner from an imagen I have. It should show the imagen centered on screen during some seconds and then dissapear. I'd like to customize me windows boot process with this. It would look simmilar to those screens that appear on screen with antivirus, or any other tsr programs that loads at windows start. Thanx.
