Title: Jukebox Plans
Post by: goldberg28115 on April 17, 2004, 07:33:09 am
Does anyone have plans on how to build a jukebox?  I am wanting to build a classic jukebox, not one shaped like a arcade cabinet.

yeah, I'd love some too.  A while back I found a juke that I thought was awesome looking at a Imo's Pizza (in St. Louis....trust me, they're popular).  A few days later I went there with a pen, pad of paper and a measuring Tape.  While they were taking orders I looked like some kind of terrorist taking down jukebox measurments.

I got them, but I have no confidence in what I do, I'd WAY rather build off someone else's plans.  ;)

Allroy - Post a rough sketch with the measurements so we can see what this looks like.  I'm intrigued.

I got the same wierd looks taking pictures of a pinball machine once..

I had Imo's pizza when I visited a friend in Missouri a few years ago.  Isn't that the pizza that's so thin that they roll it out with a steamroller, take a picture of it, and then serve you the picture?   ;D

Here's my MP 3 jukebox.  It's based on a Rock-ola fireball.  I use WinCab as an MP3 player and a keyboard hack for the controls.
