Title: wtb/wtt: Sega Turbo Control panel
Post by: gnateye on April 12, 2004, 02:42:34 pm
i just found a sega turbo in the garbage 2 blocks from my house, the outside is in great shape, the monitor has some broken boards and the game boards were laying in the alley next to the machine so i dont kow if it works or not, but it looks sweet.

anyways, some one yanked off the control panle before i got to it and now i am in need of one. i dont necessarly need the wheel and shifter and all that, but i'll take it if that is hte only way to get he panel. i really just need the nicely molded panel.

can anyone help? i can buy it from you or trade you for other parts.....

help a brotha out.

you can see pics at the bottom of my arcade page

we can work something out for sure, i have no idea if anything works or is of worth (as far as pcb and pedal mechanics) but i wont need them. i gonna convert a dreamcast sterring wheel into this bad boy once i get a panel that is i can play all the (older) mame driving games and a TON of dreamcast driving games.

i could also part with the led units and the monitor bezel (not the glass) and the test switch/volume panel. let me know if you need any other parts like wires or pcb mount etc.

im still in need of a control panel and a single coindoor if anyone can help

email me to discuss

I can't help much either. Except to say that I could also use a spare set of Turbo boards.

Turbo control panels are almost always totally trashed. I have never seen one I would rate better than decent, most are junk.

So, you might be better off fabricating your own panel.
