Title: Are 3" replacement trackballs interchangable?

If I buy a 3" replacement trackball for a Happs or Atari TB, will it fit a 3" Betson/Imperial?

Probably a dumb question, but I thought maybe there were slight differences, like some trackballs are actually 2.975 or something, and they just call it 3 inches.

I would think so, but you can wait for a more definitive answer if you'd like.

I've just had my Happ 3 inch apart tonight, and I'm sure that a ball of similar diameter would work just fine.
