So how much would a Broken Hard drive go for around here? I doubt it makes a differnce but its 1 gig 7200 RPM. I just wanna know how much it would go for
-
would it happen to have the MM2 ROM in it ? Maybe its woth getting and having it recovered.
-
I have no idea. Any way to check it out? Is it like a program or like a phsyical feature?
-
He's joking.
And to answer your question, not a whole lot, if anything. Are you looking to get rid of it for spinner material?
-
A broken HD isn't worth what it would cost to ship IMO.

-
Oh you dont think I'll get much? Darn, I was hoping someone would wanna buy a spinner or something
-
A spinner? Sure. Non working HD? Nice parts, but they're readily available.
-
So you dont think it would go for anything?
-
Maybe a couple bucks, and I mean just that: $2.00 and that is pushing it. Better to offer it up for someone that wants it. Maybe do a trade for it or something.
-
You could always put it on ebay listed as "RARE 1gig 7200RPM HD with built-IN read/rite error OPTION L@@K!!!"

LOL, I have a couple of really old Apple drives that are that size. Mine are only 20 MB though! I remember when that seemed like all the storage I would ever need!

Back in the days when hard drives werent even around. Just little sticks'o 8 k RAM.. It wasnt even called RAM back then. You used punch cards... That if you got outta order you pretty much have to buy them all again

A search for rare comes up with 301639 items on E-Bay.
Lots of stuff is rare, apparently.
