Title: taito spinner pinout needed

Could someone tell me what pin is what on this taito spinner--I have no idea what game it came of off.  thanks.

That spinner is for Arkanoid and possibly other games but I dont know of any.. as far as a pinout, Im looking for it.. I have an arkanoid 2 machine and I think I have the manual around here someplace...
