Anybody that would pay $20 for 14$ worth of buttons must be desparate indeed... :P

Those are high because they are the specific button set (color and type) for Defender. I don't think the EXACT ones are available anymore.

i just though he was using a great way to sell , but of course i have the same buttons , I should have tryed frist  ;D
