Title: Mame - Changing Inputs

I've noticed something that I just can't put my finger on.

When in a game, you can hit TAB to change the keys used for that game.....

I've found that at times, both left AND right buttons show up, when only the left is pressed.

Example: I want to remap "Player 1 - Button 1" to Left Crtl. When I press Left Crtl on the keyboard, it shows up in Mame as BOTH Left Crtl and Right Crtl.

The same goes for Alt and Shift.

AT other times, if I press Left Crtl, it ONLY comes up as Left Crtl.

Any ideas..........?

Do you pause the game when you do that?

thats the configuring controls while mame is paused bug... happened to me too. just do it when its not paused
