Title: WTB : Nintendo Cab Monitor Mounts
Post by: General Zod on March 14, 2004, 08:58:03 pm
I'm looking for a set of monitor mounts for an upright DK cab. Also, if you happen to have the bar , I'd like that as well.

I tried using a Midway monitor bar, but it wasn't the right size.

Please PM me with pricing should you have these.

Thanking you in advance.

Mike

sorry, don't have it, but I just wanted to comment on how CLEAN everything looks in there.  :o

how come there is no cage around the PCB?

Thank you for the compliment on the cleanliness of the cab. I did a quite a job on making her "look pretty"  ;) I do wish it were mine though.  She is simply just one of the cabs I shopped at work. Everything was original though, and it did look very nice.

As for the cage .... you got me on that one. This is how it looked when I popped off the back door. Still complete, and working 100%. Unfortunately at work Nintendo parts run pretty scarce, I can't strip a perfectly good cab for my own wants and needs.

Same goes for the Midway pieces I'm looking for. I can't take any from an unused cab, and we don't usually junk those.

Yes, and the mounting bar for the monitor. I have a few midway bars, but those are to large, and id rather not cut them as i'll probably need them in the future.

but yes, the 2 brackets, the bar ... and the top marquee retainer are the parts im seeking at the moment.

with what ive done so far ... its probably easier finding that needle in a haystack that everyone seems to lose. ;)
