Title: this sight can not be reached. B.Y.O.A.C

I click on my book mark for B.Y.O.A.C.  then I get a splash screen saying "this sight can not be reached " only for a sec. then POP B.Y.O.A.C. pops up.
Is this my system or web sight?
I have been doing major tweeks to windows 10. did I mess somthing up?
with windows 10 more or less killed I have been trying many OS sytems
10 to tiny 11
Project Luna 1.0.1 (Final)
Commodore 3.0
ect.
