check your fuses, check for loose wires--sounds like something may have wiggled loose during shipping--if all is secure, then take your multimeter and check the voltage coming out of the transformer--basically just track down where voltage goes in and doesn't come out. I would suspect the loose wire or faulty fuse first--much more common.

Yeh, check for loose/disconnected wires that may have happened during transport. Look for a white safety 'interlock' switch that may be deactivated that the back door pushes when it's locked (your cab may not have this feature). Check the voltages going in and coming out of the power supply.

Am I too young or too old to catch that reference? ???

It's a play on the Mortal Kombat "Flawless Victory". I thought it was pretty clever.
On that note, I have never seen a transformer go bad. When you say "Everything went dead", does that mean you have no coin lights, no marquee lights, no cabinet fan, nothing?
If so, you may have two unrelated problems- the video AND the 110v. I agree with the previous posters-- probably a blown fuse or flaky connector. I don't think MKII cabs had a kill switch, AFAIK, but it wouldn't hurt to check.

The game worked for 3 days kinda... the video wasn't showing on the top and button of the screen, the marquee lights lite up, and there was sound ...As far as I can tell all the all the wires are still good the switch on top of the game is still good. there is a red power light on the "Happ Controls" power supply that is now not on also. So dunno if its the power supply but it looks brand new. So I guess you can say its "Toasty"

If the LED on the power supply is not lit then either there's no AC power getting to the supply or the power supply itself has failed.
-
If I'm not mistaken, those machines use a power supply similar to a PC power supply. Do you have the manual?
-
It was the transformer got that fixed. The power supply is kinda like a computer power supply its the right volts but the amps are to high.. The game powers up now but the screen is messed up the button over laps and the top is scewed to the right. and most of the left had side is can't been seen... I have turned every nob on it. Is it the tube or the monitor board?

I have an ultimate MK 3 board that works if need be :)
