Title: Pinball Action Bootleg

Hi All

Have a Pinball Action Bootleg PCB that does not boot.
Have re seated the ROMS that were on sockets, checked power rails.

The boot is stuck at the garbage screen just before the ROM check.

Any ideas where to check issues?

Check the reset circuit.
