Title: Nytric I/O Card for Need For Speed Underground

I'm in need of a replaced Nytric I/O card for a Need For Speed Underground. The steering and shifter aren't working at all. I was able to pinpoint the problem by taking a knowing working card out of another machine to test. Anyone know where I could get another one or doesn't anyone repair these?
