Title: System 3 Daytona2 Launage issue

I'm having trouble getting the Dayton2 rom for the system3 to dislpay english. It's so odd because when I play the rom on my test computer it displays english, but when I play a copy of the exact same rom file on my PC for my arcade build it displays japaneese. I'm able to access the game assingments screen but not able to move the icon to the lanuage which is set to Japaneese. Do I need to change the emulator version perhaps on my Arcade pc? Is there a config. file that I can hard code it too dislplay the rom in english? thanks for any help

The default for the service menu I think is F2 in the M2 emulator. 

You just need to go in there and change the language.

I can access the service menu and the game assingments where the language option is. The problem is the cursor bypasses the language option and I can't change it.
