I bought a Cruisin World sit down gaem over the weekend. WOrks great and the monitor is super clear. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other games that would work int heat cabinet. I was thinking baout buying the dual jamma adapter and another game to have in the cab. ANy comments or suggestions would be a big help.

Ax,
I am not sure,if any others would work most of them are unique in their own way.
I just did a search on klov for racing and the list is long so you can try that and then look at the games made after jamma came out(1986?)
If you find anything out let me know I might want to do the same .....I actually just got an email today to buy 2 racing games 1 is atari roadblasters and the other is a sega racing game (he didn't give thename)game, the bad news is the price is kinda high........... $100 for both games ;D 8)

haha. ROadblasters rox.
I was thinking of also using the dual jamma adapter to add a mame pc 2 the second edge connnector. I don;t have any firm ideas or plans yet though. I haven't even opened the cab yet.
I was looking for a hydro thunder or offroad thunder pcb but I don;t see anythign reasonable out there right now.
It also has a working bill validator in it that I am thinking of selling on ebay to try to recoup a little piece of the $ I paid.

Minwah,
No way! I am not going to mame the road blastersdon't worry.... but I wanted to with the sega.
the problem is the stering might not work I made a post about making a mame driving game and most people said it wouldn't work because of the steering parameters some being 360 some being 270 or 180 (not sure about the exact degrees but I may try it . The other option is to make a multi jamma gamm like ax wants to .
Btw ax why stop at one when you can have up to 4 or eight. www.twobits makes a jamma kit to play 2 games but there is a company that make a kit to play either 4 or 8 I can't remember the exact figure or the name of the company.

There isn't going to be much that is going to work in that cabinet.
It has a 270 wheel, medium res monitor, 2 pedals and 4 speed shifter.
Any game you want to use is going to HAVE to be compatible with ALL the controls, AND the mid res monitor.
The 270 wheel alone pretty much rules out most pre 90 driving games.
The medium res monitor rules out 95 percent of everything else JAMMA.
The few titles that are left are just about all late model stuff, the kind of stuff that has PCBs that go for $700. Not even all 270 medium res games will work, do to differences in pedals.

Cool, RoadBlasters is one of my faves :)
I suppose if you were to MAME the Sega cab, you could replace the monitor with a standard res one and you could get a fair few 270deg games running. Or maybe using AdvMAME you could retain the medium res screen (?)
