I have an old Hit the Ice machine with a WG K7000 monitor. The arcade was previously setup with an Arcade VGA card, Windows XP running in developer mode and a software that forced a 15hz signal. I remember a lot of people suggesting that I use GroovyMAME at the time (10ish years ago). Well... that machine has gone to the great motherboard in the sky.
What I am looking for is the best, or easiest, way of reconnecting a PC to the WG monitor. I still have the ArcadeVGA card and have an old, salvaged desktop from my office sitting on the shelf. I believe that OS was updated from W7 to W10 a number of years ago, and I used it to connect to the TV for playing PSone and other newer systems.
What are my best options for reconnecting the PC to the arcade and getting this thing back up and running?
Thanks again for all the help!

... no worries... I just asked AI the same question and got the response I needed -
GroovyMAME is generally used in conjunction with systems that can output analog video signals, such as PCs with certain AMD graphics cards capable of CRT-compatible outputs, or specialized hardware like J-PAC or ArcadeVGA.
Installation and Setup
Requires familiarity with configuring MAME and CRT-specific settings.
Often paired with CRT EmuDriver, a custom video driver, to fully utilize its capabilities.
Preferred operating system is Windows 7.
Best solution - revert OS back to W7. Install the ArcadeVGA, install GroovyMAME and CRTEmudrivers... BAM back in action
