Title: Suggestion: FAQ forum

How about a FAQ forum?

On the old board we tended to get alot of the same questions over and over, usually with good answers each time.  

My suggestion is a FAQ forum that only the admins can post in (and move threads to).  That way new control builders would have a good place to start after they read the site.
