Title: Streets of rage 4 on 4-player cabinet

My first attempt at a 4-player cabinet build. I am using Hyperspin as the frontend and an Ultimarc ultimate i/o controller interface. I was going to load Streets of Rage 4 into Hyperspin via Steam. But I am not sure the game, when loaded in Hyperspin, will identify the 4 joystick controllers. Any suggestions?

I was thinking the only solution may be to use xpadder, and hope this works, but I haven't used this before.

Hyperspin shouldn't affect how any game sees gamepad/joystick devices so if it's working in Steam/Windows, it should still work in Hyperspin.

Not on topic, but you should install Streets of Rage Remake which I’ve found to be a much better game.  Personally was not a fan of Streets of Rage 4 and I can probably beat 1 and 2 blindfolded.  SORR can be found via simple google searches.

I do dimly recall there was some control issue with multiple players and SOR4.

Again, I know this is a zero value post.
