I created a DVD and it works fine on my main computer; P4 2.53Mhz, 500MB, Gforce4, DVD drive, 2 80Gig HD. the DVD works fine on this, but when I try it on another system, nothing. I maded CD's and the CD works fine on the systems but the DVD will not work. yes the other computers have DVD reader and at least 256Mb Memory. Can anybody help me!!???

Umm...
I dunno, maybe burn it on a lower speed ?

What format is the DVD media (DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW)? It's possible that the other system doesn't recognise the media. Most DVD readers will not recognise the RW formats (just like CD readers can't read CD-RWs)? Some older DVD drives will only recognise DVD-R or DVD+R, but not both.

I don't think that its the format. I came to the conclusion, that it had to do with the bios on the older motherboard, it does not let the computer boot-up with DVD.
Thanks.
P.S. This is the best web page for Cabs. You guys make
