So I've done some due diligence and taken photos of most of my caps when I take them off the board. But at the start of this while waiting for the caps to come I took some off and now I can't remember what they were! Does anyone have a easy to read schematic or even cap kit that was used for this particular chassis if so it would be much appreciated 👍

is the PCB not stencilled in any way? on newer PCBs caps are often given a picture of half-and-half shaded circle, which indicates polarity (though the odd manufacturer insisted on showing things in reverse). I have no idea how old your chassis is though.

one should remove components one at a time.
especially with capacitors, as you can tell the orientation as you pull it out.
