Hi,
I've just finished my Daytona cabinet using all the standard IO linked up to an i3 PC using A-PAC and a custom Arduino for gearbox decoding and VR control.
Everything works great in Mame and Model3 emulation (albeit a little slow on an i3).
My problem is that I really want to get Model 2 working but when I try and change the controller settings my A-PAC doesn't appear as it seems like it is hardcoded for 4 Gamepad controllers. None of which seem to map to the A-PAC.
Does anyone have any ideas how this can be overcome. I cannot be the first one with this issue.

Yeah, M2emu doesn't like more than about 3 controllers. If you use Boomslangnz's FFB plugin, which you need in order to get FFB anyway IIRC, there's a tab in there that will let you map your controls to the emulator. I was having the same issue, and that fixes it :)

Thanks for the tip. I've downloaded it and had a quick look but it's getting late and my machine is not in the house so I will apply the changes tomorrow.

Not sure this if is the cause of the problem but there may also be the question of the type of controller interface in the conf file. If Xinput=1, then a DINPUT wheel is not recognized.
