any comments ?? anyone seen the real thing in action ??

I saw an article about it in Computer Gaming World a while ago. I think they said that it was surprisingly comfortable and functional. However, it looks more like an exercise machine to me than a comfortable way to play games. Either way it will probably be an eyesore that is too expensive to be practical.

I've seen something similar at a sex shop overseas. It looked safer than this. It had at least 7 seat/arm/head/leg belts. this one look like you could fall out of it. Wait.....this is for video games. Nevermind. :-*

I agree, I'm pretty sure that you would need a spotter for this unit. It is an interesting idea but it looks like it would cost an aweful lot of money (I didn't explore the site for a price).

The navis is $4,395 + S&H for the base unit (they offer bunch of upgrades), and the Mayfly is $1,675.

....OMG. I can't believe that this even exists.
I remember thinking how cool a "rumble seat" gaming chair was (sub woofer in the tush area) back in the early 90's.
but....this this is just so odd....and way too expensive!
