First, i am a noob in this world of switchres.
Please, can anyone help me to setup a optimal switchres.ini for my CRT TV, with custom monitor settings? my image is cropping.
I have two CRT TVs, first is Samsung CL-21m21mq, second is LG 21FU4RL.
I ler a overview in the service manual, but dont locate the values.

Wrong place - please repost the request under the GroovyMAME subforum :)
I don't actually know the answer to this. Unless standalone switchres works the same way, in which case i do. But repost there and if no one else who knows more posts up, i'll try to help.
EDIT: errr, did this thread get moved, or did I click on the wrong forum and noob myself? Either way it's in the right place now i look, so let's hope someone comes along :)

The best, as of today, is to get the geometry.exe from the switchres repo (if you can't have it, I'll drop it here). This will help you to center the picture, shrink/stretch horizontally, but not vertically. In the end, it will produce a custom crt_range that has to be set in the switchres.ini for emulators that handle it.
But for emulators that don't handle it ... well .. too bad
