Title: Gamepad with most buttons?

I'm looking for a game pad with a crapload of buttons, a friend of mine has one that has 12: 4 thumb, 4 shoulder, 2 sel&start area, 2 clicky analog sticks

Is there any chance of finding more buttons than that?  12 actually isn't too bad, only problem is when the controller is unplugged it reverts back to analog mode and I want one that doesn't.

Using a single Playstation Dual Shock 2 pad with USB converter cable, you get 16 buttons plus 2 analog joysticks.

Also look at the thrustmaster pads.
