Title: Noob needs help finding tools

I'm yet another noobs that bought the UAII plans.

I'm in the collection phase of my projects, including tools and materials.

Part of the plans call for exact miter cuts at not so standard measurements.  For example a CP board need a miter cut of 26.3

What tool can I use to make exact cuts like that.

(I'm a long time MAMEer, but this is my first attempt at making a cabinet)

I'm going to have to say a miter saw for the miter cuts...
