Title: Oh no, wiped off some aquadag, is it ok?

Just wiped off some of the grime on my k4900 monitor.  Used some baby wipes, they're gentle, right? lol

well, the grime changed color, I noticed the charcoal black and realized the aquadag was coming off!
You can see on the right side where I wiped it off, compared to the left. Is it ok to run like this or do I have to repaint?.  Please let me know what you guys think.
I don't know enough about how it works to make the call.
