Putting together a driving cab and I'm currently using Maximus Arcade (I know!!). For some reason it will recognise the wheel but will not allow me to map any of the buttons to navigate the menus. Any suggestions on a suitable front end that will allow me to do this without having to keep a keyboard handy?

I have not a G27, but FEEL (https://feelfrontend.altervista.org/it/) supports joypad inputs (up to 15 buttons).

Any if you use JoytoKey

I created this theme for launchbox/BigBox that uses the wheel:

THAT LOOKS AMAZING. Does it allow you to have just one list for all driving games regardless of emulator and once selected it boots the game with the correct one?

I'm starting to look around for suitable TVs for this project. Best buy has some cheap 32" 720P TVs I'm thinking about picking up. Thoughts on if those will do the trick? I believe they are LED trchnology.

Err, this project being your twin Daytona 2? OR did you end up buying different cabs?
I presume the TV's have HDMI or DP inputs, so they'd probably work fine. At 720p i would imagine they are LCD TN panels, which are fine for 60FPS driving games. If you're super keen on sim stuff as well, i'd go higher res and higher refresh rate, but that's going to cost. And then you'd need a beefier PC to take advantage.
Any i5 or higher processor newer than 10 years old, with an Nvidia 960 GPU or better, is going to cut it for most TP games and just about anything else mentioned on here at 720p, i would think.

Be careful with Launchbox/bigbox as it has input limitations to the first 12-14 buttons on a device and the g25, g27, g29 etc have more than that which makes some buttons unusable. Was very frustrating when setting up my twin racer
Cheers
