Title: Quiz machine front end help!

Hi all
I’m a complete noob with arcade machines, I have just bought a quiz machine that has been set to free play, using Windows XP, it’s come with a plethora of games installed, but they are just icons on the screen, how do I get the thumbnails on the main screen? Sorry if this sounds rudimentary! Also, what cabinet is this? Is it a Paragon one?

SimpleTouchFE might be a good one for this.  Not sure if there are still copies floating around out there though.
