Title: JPac Help

Hey,

I'm not sure for how long my friends have had this JPac installed in their DDR cabinet, but it just stopped working today.

For what the JPac does, I connect it to the pc and it flashes a quick yellow light, then stays off.

I've changed the USB cable and it still does not turn on.

Do I just order a new one or do I try to keep troubleshooting?

I'm not familiar with what a JPac should do but his customer service is top notch and if you ask a detailed question he is sure to help.

I have a new JPAC sitting in a box, so ping me via PM if you can't get it fixed.  I can save you some bucks if your interested.
