Title: My Seimitsu arcade Joystick Quick Change 4-way 8-way Mod

The original Seimitsu joystick had a plate that you needed to use a screwdriver to remove, reposition, then screw down again.  This was pretty impractical to switch back and forth depending on the game.  I designed this mod to enable a fast change in seconds without tools and through a hole in the bottom of the control panel.
