I am looking for a silent joy to replace my generic 4-microswitch joys on my MAME machine. They get annoying with the click-clicky late at night. Anyhow, how does the Perfect 360

Same general way except it needs a 5 volt power connection, which your encoder can most likely provide.

Paige pretty much summed it up... I just wanted to add that I love mine. I put the 360's in as my two main sticks and have never regretted it.
A couple people said they would suck for fighting games, etc... but I haven't had any issues, and I love how smooth they are. I don't particularly like going back to the microswitch sticks now and try to stick with the 360's.
Any straight 8-way's that I put in cabs anymore will always be 360's.

There's always the leafswitch route too.

The 360's are great! However, I have to agree that they took a little getting used to for fighters. However, after many many hours of marvel vs capcom 2, I have gotten used to them and good with them and love them for fighters as well :). The only MAJOR con is their OUTRAGEOUS price. >:(

Speaking of which...
Why haven't these suckers gone on sale lately?
Pretty much waiting for a sale so I can get started on my next project bah!
