Hi All
Just installed GroovyArcade for the 1st time and for the most part its running great. How ever I am having an issue with the onboard sound (Realtek ALC892 codec) on my GA-B250-HD3 Motherboard. The sound play fine on the Attract Mode intro and preview clips but when I launch any game the sound stutters continuously. I connected it to the net and did all the Linux and GroovyArcade specific updates but this did not fix the issue. I installed the Sound Blaster X-Fi form my main PC to test with and the sound is perfect.
Hardware used
-Intel i5
-Gigabyte GA-B250-HD3
-16 GB Ram
-Radeon 6450 1GB
Any suggestions to get the onboard sound working would be appreciated.
Cheers, Ben

Try setting sound auto in mame.ini.

Cheers @Calamity that fixed it. I really didn't want to redesign my J-Pac / kick harness / video card bracket to accommodate a dedicated sound card.
