Title: HELP GUYS!!! how install the new version of groovymame 0.240 with file patch?

HELP GUYS!!! how install the newers versions of groovymame 0.240 or higher. in versions
previous for example: groovymame 0.239...only You just had to install one file: groovymame_0239.002g_win-7-8-10.7z...in pc windows

but ....in newers versions of groovymame 0.240 or higher....there is one more file: GroovyMAME240.patch and the file:groovymame_0240.002g_win-7-8-10.7z

once installed the file: groovymame_0240.002g_win-7-8-10.7z.... what do I have to do with the file: GroovyMAME240.patch.

What do I have to do with it: do I have to place it in a folder in groovymame after installation? I need your help guys... could you explain the steps one by one after installing groovymame... what do I do with the PATCH file? I hope your help. Thanks from my heart.

Patch is only for people that compiling it's own groovymame version.
