Title: NSM IV CD jukeboxes -> looking for wallbox signal protokol info
Post by: Anton on February 11, 2022, 05:15:42 pm
Hello,

I would like to use the "Connection Remote selection Wallbox" on my NSM Silver Sky CD jukebox to pilot it with an Arduino or ESP8266.
Canīt find any information about the digital signal - protocol used for the wallbox connection on these jukeboxes.

Who knows about the specs of this NSM connection on connector 9 of the control Unit?

Thanks,

Anton

Hello Prezzo,

Perhaps you will have more luck checking what happens on the signal line with a logical analyser.
It's what I want to do next but probably the jukebox is just waiting for something to happen on the line. The signal from your 'wall-box' will perhaps already show some useful info when you make a selection, but then again...: I guess it waits for a jukebox to first 'say' that it's ready to receive something... mmmm interesting!

Anyway: I will post what I might find out but help from anyone is appreciated.
