Title: Is a 27" bartop large enough to see from 2-3 feet back?

Searched google, reddit and I only found one picture and it's right up on the device.

Looking at https://www.harumancustoms.com/products/bartop-kits/ultimate-widescreen-xl for a primary DDR/Stepmania machine and trying to figure out if 27" inches is too small for to see from afar?

Most bartops are made to be played right up on the machine, correct? Anyone have any personal experience with their own playing 2-3 away?

The ultimate widescreen XL is his largest right?
