Title: GT2K CRT to LCD swap

Considering swapping out the original CRT to LCD (and build a smaller, more compact cabinet) on my Golden Tee 2K.  Just looking for some info on necessary / recommended components, concerns, risks, tips, etc.  LCD recommendations?  Would this improve the image at all or is that limited by the video card?  Thanks for any help you can offer.
