Title: Help identify arcade game from late 1970s

Hi Community, I really need help to identify this arcade game I loved playing in Durham around 1980:
1. Static view, your character moved left or right above a perforated floor
2. Occasionally, a thing would run under the floor and try and spike you from underneath through a perforation
3. Meanwhile, you fire bullets at aliens falling from the sky

What is the game?!

There are so many games I've never heard of.  This looks kind of fun.
