Title: Mamehooker does not detect outputs

Hi all,

this is my cabinet config: pc Win10 buld 1809, nvidia 1030, 16Gb ram, crt monitor VGA, Ultimarc PacDrive for led outputs.

I've a strange problem with Mame + Mamehooker ouputs (mame.ini is configured correctly with "output windows").

1 - Outputs works correctly (tested with DigDug and Terminator 2) if I launch first Mamehooker and then Mame64 from Windows shell.
2 - Outputs doesn't work if I launch first Mamehooker and then the Mame game using a frontend or a simple ahk script (like: run, Mame64.exe digdug.zip).

What could be the problem?  :dizzy:

I'm solving the problem, it was due to a conflict with FBBPlugin files in the Mame directory, I had to delete them.
