Title: Megatouch "Checking clear"

Does anyone know what is going on when the Megatouch boot up enters "Checking Clear"? I have a Megatouch Ion that gets stuck there, if I reboot it, then boot is fine and it passes. The next day I start the machine and the same thing, gets stuck at "Checking clear", reboot it and its fine again. Wondering what's up? Thanks for any tips.

try turning off all dip switches, and if they are all off, or a bunch were on try only flipping dip 3 on. Its probably a watchdog issue. Ive seen some machines wanting dip 3 on and some wanting dip 3 off for some reason.

All the dip switches were off....I tried putting 3 "on" and still the same issue.
