I tried to enable Csync output on this card but it's not working. Here is link to said card.

Used CRT Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 15 (Crimson 16.2.1 non-GCN* cards) for the driver. Driver installs fine but just no Csync joy. I am outputting through the vga, I would have tried the DVI but there are no RGB pins on this one.
I also have a HD 2000 and using Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 15 (Catalyst 12.6) for Windows 7/8/10 64-bits and csync works fine on it. Have to set video mode with 1, 1 for sync polarities, but this one works fine.
Any idea what the issue might be? Thank you for your time.

For the HD6450, after selecting the button to enable csync, did you re-generate and re-install the video modes?
Interesting that your HD2000 works, I would have thought it to only be compatible with the old XP version of CRT_emudriver.

I did. Also tried enabling EDID emulation, but once it's enabled picture goes out on monitor LCD and says signal out of range. Maybe I should try to install team viewer and regenerate display modes and installing via tem viewer on another computer. them maybe that would help? At that point had to boot safe mode or swap video cards to reset display output.

Calamity made a video a while back on setting csync. Maybe it'll help.
