Title: Arcade RGB Animator for RGBCommander

I've created an online app that will allow you to create RGBA animation files for RGBCommander.  You can use it at: https://www.perfectdigitalboy.com/acp/  (https://www.perfectdigitalboy.com/acp/)  Let me know what you think!  I wrote it pretty quick, and will be updating it over time with new features.
