Title: NSM Performer Wall ES V Random Play

I am looking for someone with experience using the background function on NSM ESV jukeboxes.  I have a Performer Wall.

I want to know if it is a limitation to the model that the background music repeats the same songs or if there is something wrong with my jukebox.  I used a Digital Thunder  jukebox everyday for years and I never had this experience but it was an ESV.1
