Title: Digital Pinball plunger problems (Zebsboards)
Post by: Scotty on March 10, 2021, 11:46:41 am
I got the Zebsboards plunger, and I can not seem to get it to work with Pinball Arcade.    Buttons work fine, but I can not get the analog plunger to work recognize.

Speaking of the plunger.    I calibrated it per the instructions from Zeb.    It just seems that it is not accurate in Future or Visual Pinball.  If I pull it back just a hair, it might be pretty close to accurate.  If I pull it back 1/2 way, it will might shoot it the same amount, less, or a little more.  Not consistent at all.    If I Pull it back all the way, it will either shoot it and be fine, or slow down right before hitting the ball and not make contact.   If I try this 10 times, maybe 3 of the 10 will launch to the top of the playfield.   Any idea?

He had a forum on his webpage, with a FAQ, but sadly his page crashed.  While it is back the forums did not make it to the new page.

I have not used that plunger.  I did buy boards from him back in 2014 I believe for my vpin cab to run my toys.  I started with a VirtuaPin plunger and was never happy with it so I just use the Launch Ball button.  At one point I bought all the supplies to build a Pinscape plunger and then never took the time to build it.  All I can offer is this link that has a ton of digital plunger information including for the Pinscape one I was going to use.
