I see these guys selling on ebay all the time...wondering if anyone has purchased their stuff and if so, what is the quality like?

I am bringing this back to the top because I now have the same question.

I am looking to buy a Time Pilot overlay and they have one. Just wanted to see if anyone else has ordered a CPO from them before.
