Title: Outrun standup monitor blank, except on test mode

Started playing outrun and screen went blank on start. Game was running without video. I then went into test mode and everything checks out including the screen coming back on as normal. As soon as I exit test mode the screen goes dark again. Anyone have a clue what is causing this? I have a wells 7000 with Philips tube I believe. Thanks!
