I have a k7n2 delta motherboard which has a built in 5.1 sound card. Here is my problem. I'm using kilpsch 4.1 speakers. They have two rca cords to plug into your sound card. My motherboard only has one rca speaker plug. Can I buy an adapter to combine the 2 rca wires or should l just buy a new sound card.
Thanks for the advice

On my 4.1 set of speakers (not klipsch) a pair of the satellite speakers have rca connectors which plug into the sub woofer. Is this where yours are supposed to go? My speakers also have two 3.5mm jacks that plug into the soundcard.

Hey shieldwolf.
I have those same speakers for my PC. The green cord is for the 2 front speakers and the purple is for the 2 rear. You could buy a y adapter and plug them both into your existing soundcard. However, the front and rear speakers will play the same thing. I don't know what you are using the speakers for but that may not be a problem. Instead of using the adapter, you could probably spend around $30 on a pci soundcard that would have both the green and purple out.
Good Luck
