Title: Rowe AMI RI-3 jukebox help needed

I own a Rowe AMI RI-3 jukebox.  It worked fine until recently.  It is stuck moving one record from the magazine to the turn table and back.  The gripper bow does not release the record in either place.  The advance button does not cause it to move on to the next selection.  Turning the power off and back on does not reset the system.  It continues moving the same record back and forth.  While this is happening, the Tran Motor light is lit on the Mechanism Control board.  Any ideas on what I should check?
