I recently purchased a new multicade, 2 weeks later the vinyl graphics on the side are peeling up. Can anyone suggest a good adhesive I can use to glue it back down with, one that wont bleed through? Thanks!

I would like to know that myself. The old Gorf machine has some cheap-ass sideart because that was all that was available at the time and the edges are starting to lift. I'd like to get them stuck down in a way that won't lift off paint when I eventually replace them.

My default for adhesive has always been 3M Super 77 for a nearly always permanent fix for this kind of application.
No idea how it will treat underlying paint though Howard, as I am sure it is full of all sorts of fun little aromatic hydrocarbon things.
Solvent compatibility is always an issue with regard to paints- a lesson I have learned in various hard ways many times- so always test first if you can.

Rubber cement?
it holds most of my kids arts and crafts together temporary like pretty good.

Elmer's makes some big ass glue sticks that are extreme hold, you can get them online or at craft stores, I bet that would work well.
