So I need a need a new top for me all original Taito Space Invaders. It is in very good shape and works great. However time has been cruel to the glass top and I need to it replace it with the best recreation I can muster.
I've figured out how to get the Taito logo etched into the corners and how to get the black background painted on easy enough...
However, the glass is 5mm thick and in the US we only have 3/16 in.
Does anyone have any thoughts or solutions?
